10 years later

The bakery produces 1.5 tons of rusks a day and employs about 15 staff members throughout the year. It cooperates with a large supermarket chain and many stores in Greece and abroad. The traditional olive oil rusk of Kythira is widely known and is included in the map of Greek gastronomy.
